Where will the labor come from to rebuild our aging infrastructure? We have the perfect storm brewing in the United States. An expanding population that needs skilled light blue collared labor and a shortage of skilled labor during the growing retirement of skilled labor from the baby boom. You can't offshore a bridge (who's going to build bridges and replace roads in America over the next 20-30 years). Will it be financially smarter to skip college and go right to work as a machinist?
