In the majority of the projects we've completed the most successful projects involve incentives for employees to change. If you think about it this make sense. An employee that has built a knowledgebase and efficiency in performing their work is taking on risk when management asks them to change to a new system or learn a new skill. So it is suprising when we recommend that incentives be included in the change mangement portion of our work, the answer is usually no, even if millions of dollars are at stake.
